Finbar O"neill and the O'Neill Group to start development of Ponemah Mills starting this month

Finbar O'Neill A New Jersey developer is going to be starting restoration of the tremendous Ponemah Mills building located in Taftville CT. The construction on the buildings should be starting within the next few weeks.
The building is a 1/2 Million sf cotton mill ...recently the home of Helicon furniture and will be converted into rental units. The area is growing immensely due to the volume of individuals working in the two major casinos around town.
