Finbar O’Neill is responsible for developing new business within the company . Finbar coordinates marketing strategies, client relations and the establishment of new clientele on behalf of Onekey, LLC. Finbar tracks project status to insure compliance with contracts, as well as providing full integration of client/contractor services. Finbar’s focus is on establishing long-term clients who recognize Onekey as organization who delivers the highest standards of quality in the industry.
Onekey acted as the Construction Manager on this prestigious 150,000 square foot, 12 story flagship condominium project in a predominantly rental area. The gut rehab project took approximately 15 months to complete. The existing building consisted of 203 units, and upon completion was converted to 150 units. The converted structure consists of 142, one, two and three bedroom units and eight duplex 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses. The fit-out featured a grand lobby, fitness center, community room and individual storage units. Onekey also coordinated the repointing and stucco refacing of the facade, including the installation of more than 1,000 energy efficient windows. Additional activities included extensive site work, re-design and paving of parking area and the complete installation of new MEP systems. This project was finished to the highest standards with the installation of granite in the lobby and common hallways, custom maple kitchen cabinetry with granite countertops, tiled baths, pre-finished maple flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances. A state of the art security system was installed, allowing residents to view guests upon arrival at the concierge via their own television sets, as well as 16 closed circuit television screens and key fob access to the building.
Project Description – 241 Hudson Street This design-build renovation of a 15,000 square foot commercial building as converted to the prestigious home of The O'Neill Group and it's affiliates. The new space features a grand reception area with granite floors, maple paneled walls, custom energy efficient compact fluorescent lighting soffits, new window walls, architecturally detailed soffits and a state of the art closed circuit television and video conference system. There are 4 conference rooms with custom furniture, including an executive conference room with seating for 16. This conference room includes a custom lighting package and plasma television screen with a high tech audio/visual system. The space includes 16 executive offices with 12 foot glass panel walls and a cubicle area for individual employees. The office is fitted with fiber optic data cabling and a state of the art telecommunications and security system requiring key fob access. Additionally the space includes a full service kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances with seating and dining for employees. In conjunction with the city's beautification requirements there are new sidewalks, landscaping and architectural lighting. There is convenient parking for employees and visitors, additionaly there is executive indoor parking.
